Training Officer

Description 

  • The Training Officer plans, directs and coordinates training activities including training needs analysis, training design and execution.
  • Prepares and develops training manuals, presentation materials, innovative training approaches, visual aids and other training materials.
  • Develops assessment procedures and evaluates training effectiveness.
  • Critical and Analytical Thinking Innovative, creative, and unconventional Highly meticulous to details Exceptional communication skills both oral and written

Requirement 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years experience on the same field
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • With pleasing personality and excellent people skills
