F & B Supervisor

Description 

  • To oversee F&B operations, take the role of the F&B Manager when not on site
  • To do planning, organizing, and directing of the overall Food and Beverage related operation
  •  Establish service quality standards in a manner that is consistent and align to the resorts policy and standards. 

Requirement 

  • College Graduate preferably HRM
  •  2-3 years experience in restaurant and banquet operation 
  • Pleasing personality, Good leadership skills, Good communications skills
  •  Service- Oriented
  • Must be willing to work in Silang, Cavite.
