Operations Assistant – Advertising

Description 

  • Assists in the efficient and effective departmental daily operations via coordination and providing internal requirements.
  • Monitors department expenses and ensures that these are within the budget.
  • In-charge of petty cash, reimbursement of transportation and other expenses and forwards to accounting for processing.
  • Updates asset inventory such as supplies, graphic materials, visual merchandising materials, and monitors the inventory level.
  • Processes request for payments and ensures that all payments are made on-time
  • Coordinates departmental meetings and presentations and prepares logistical requirements such as venue and materials needed
  • Prepares minutes of the meeting

 

Requirement 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Preferably marketing.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Highly organized and team player
  • Computer Literate
  • Good interpersonal skills
